Lean Management Officer in the large-scale project rail connection of the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link

A crossroads over the Fehmarnbelt – the shortest link between Central Europe and Scandinavia – will allow the metropolitan regions Hamburg and Copenhagen to grow together. The powerful and modern rail connection from Lübeck to the Baltic Sea coast is an important part of the international major project. On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport, a motivated project team, in constant dialogue with citizens, works on a two-track, electrified track. As Lean Manager:in your team, you are responsible for implementing and applying Lean measures and agile working methods. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant:in Lean Management in the large-scale project Rail connection of Fehmarnbeltquerung (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Hamburg site. Your tasks:

Lean Construction and Last Planner Management are your responsibility: Introduction, Development and Clean Implementation incl. phase scheduling and 6 weeks preview; Actively address dates and risks and control countermeasures You moderate and run meetings: active moderation, demand commitment, empower teams to self-responsibility, make conflicts visible and constructively clarify Team productivity is ensured by you: identify and eliminate obstacles, sharpen priorities with project management and ensure efficient task implementation up to the project goal You apply methods and tools and develop them further: Use tasks management wisely, maintain standards and where meaningfully harmonize; Planning and conducting training You create transparency and performance: Lean key figures / KPIs reliably capture, analyze causes, derive effective measures and ensure meaningful reporting Continuous improvement and change are driven by you: perform retrospectives and maintain, identify problems proactively, promote lean leadership and improve processes sustainably

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in the project management of infrastructure projects brings you with and planning, approval and construction processes are familiar to you Practical experience in Lean Management, ideally Lean Construction, as well as in standardization and continuous improvement of processes, we require You bring a strong moderation skills with: create liabilities, clarify conflicts, develop teams to self-responsibility Safe handling of tasks and collaboration tools as well as KPIs; Analytical thinking and structured approach characterize you You are highly communication-oriented, solution-oriented, enforceable and quality-conscious; independent, reliable and proactive The willingness to acquire missing expertise in a targeted manner and to learn continuously, you will bring
