The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. In the Management Tasks division, we carry out various interests of the federal and the BImA in different legal areas, fulfil international obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany and take care of the consequences of German reunification. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). In accordance with the General Act of War (AKG), as well as other legislation, the War Responsibility Division is concerned with the examination and processing of claims for the protection/disposal of immediate dangers for the lives or health of people who are based on air protection and defence facilities built by the German Reich during the Second World War on property owned by third parties.

You are responsible for the inventory management of a plant portfolio consisting of air protection, production tunnels, etc., as well as the special property of the federal plant. The main focus of the inventory management is the legal examination of the federal debtor's claim liability and the responsibility of the federal government with regard to the traffic control for the installations in your area of responsibility. Here, the basic book research and the profound evaluation of the internal file material are part of your daily work. In the event of judicial disorders, you will work towards the management level and the mandained lawyers. In addition, you will process external enquiries and help create statistics, reports and draft texts. If necessary, prepare review dates and perform them independently. If the expert establishes a direct risk to human life or health at an installation, coordinate the safety/depositing of the danger in cooperation with the respective construction administration.

Qualification: Working hours You have completed a degree (graduate degree [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of legal or administrative sciences or have a comparable qualification with a legal focus.
