You have leadership experience as a store manager or assistant store manager,experience in eye optics are a plus You are used to define and implement retail processes at store level You work independently and result-oriented business evaluations with Area Management through You recognize talents indeinem team, motivate and develop them continuously & if necessary also disciplinary measures You have outstanding communication skills and live and promote feedback culture indeinem Store team
