Our concept consists of a breakfast, lunch and evening menu, changing weekly dishes, ''To Go'' food and small catering.

Handicraft and mechanical production of chocolates/chocolate products Handicraft production of chocolate and chocolate bars Previous knowledge with tempering machines Pack, label and store products properly Fast, clean, proper operation Close cooperation with the other mother country departments Direct customer contact Management of workshops, courses and touchings Warehouse and commodities: Calculate and order raw materials and ingredients, invoice control etc. Management of operating books, such as material and warehouse lists, shopping lists, etc. Compliance with product controls, quality assurance, HACCP and clothes regulations
