Your activities: • Projektmanager (m/w/d) is a branch manager and is responsible for creating a position as a leading personnel service provider in the distribution area. • Furthermore, you strengthen the branch as an attractive employer in the regional candidate market • You process your sales area targeted and are responsible for new customer acquisition and customer support • Conducting and motivating your team with pleasure and skill also falls within your area of responsibility • You are responsible for budget planning and monitoring the performance-relevant key figures that you regularly report to the management

Your profile: • You bring a completed BWL degree with a focus on staff or comparable industry-specific training with • You have several years of sales and leadership experience in the personnel service industry • In addition, you are a passion service provider and align all your activities with long-term customer and employee relationships • You are a leading person who demands and promotes their employees alike, and who is enthusiastically followed • You know how to deal with unpredictable situations and give your team a grip on unusual stress • Very good and fast understanding round your profile
