Activity

• Own-sponsored commercial support of complex projects for public and private clients in Germany and abroad – from the tender phase to the project conclusion
• Creation, testing and negotiation of offers, contracts and contractual documents (e.g. NDA, LOI, MoU) in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Responsibility for commercial project management including budget monitoring, subcontractor management and contract-compliant execution
• Technical contact for complex commercial and contractual questions in the project business
• Participation in annual budget planning and the financial statements of the business unit
• Continuous development and digitalization of commercial processes

Preconditions

• completed studies of business, economics, economic engineering, economic law or comparable qualifications; alternative commercial training with corresponding additional qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in commercial project business with a focus on offering and contract management
• Funded knowledge of the support of complex projects over the entire project life cycle
• Technical understanding and interest in demanding technology and development projects
• Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
