Support for small and large-scale projects with the entire range of civil engineering: groundwork for waste and disposal facilities, renewal of dirt and rainwater networks and supply channels of technical infrastructure, road and road construction and outdoor facilities You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams on various projects for the Federal Ministry of Defence, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, the Technical Assistance, the Customs or the Federal Police with You carry out necessary procurement procedures for the selection of appropriate specialist firms and carry out expert advice and quality testing of contractors You check and plausibility of commissioned services (active contract and claim management) You control external specialist planners or independently process the performance phases 1 to 9 of HOAI for new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures You commission and accompany demolition and disposal concepts You commission and assist in the field of soil and groundwater protection, in particular with the topic of contamination processing on federal property You work together with the groundwater and groundwater protection control unit You agree with the approval authorities and users You create technical documentation, opinions, reports and documentation and support the construction project controlling (for budget, appointment and quality risks)

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering, ideally with the focus on civil engineering or landscape architecture, or a comparable technical field of engineering or you are a state-certified engineer/construction engineer (w/m/d) and then have at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering blanks (e.g. by certificates). Further requirements: You may have first professional experience in the construction industry Ideally, you will bring qualified knowledge in handling project communication systems and know the relevant building-relevant legislation You are interested in sustainable construction Your profile may be rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – (not compelling, but desirable) In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and goal orientation, you have a strong linguistic competence You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service car and a safety review “Ü2” under the Security Audit Act

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
