Nurse Admission Management in Hospital (m/f/d)

Become part of the team in the recording management of the Ev. Diakonissenkrankenhaus Leipzig and design the patient's recording process:in the sense of patient satisfaction and quality assurance.

The “Diako” is a hospital for basic and regular care with 250 beds and part of the AGAPLESION association. Every year we provide about 14,000 stationary and 25,000 outpatient patients. With several clinics of different disciplines, certified treatment centres and an interdisciplinary emergency, we offer a wide range of medical services. As an academic teaching hospital of the University of Leipzig, ISO-certified house and local trauma center, we stand for quality, responsibility and modern medicine.

Your tasks

• Collection and collection of care anomalies and needs-oriented care planning of elective patients:in all areas of expertise
• Collection of quality-assurance measures such as survey spec. Assessments, care-relevant diagnosis (e.g. PG, Barthel index)
• Documentation in the CGM Medico electronic patient file
• Close and cooperative cooperation with the stations, medical services, functional services and case management
• Implementation of proportions of treatment care for the relief of the stations (e.g. vital parameters, EKG, blood collection, plant VVK)
• administrative tasks (e.g. document scan)

Your profile

• completed training as a nurse (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• sensitive care of our patients: inside and their relatives
• Teamability and Cooperative Cooperation Skill
• high operational readiness with independent, expertly-competent operation
