Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a (Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d). You will be able to recruit the bottle mail with your team to the next level and continuously improve the Candidate Experience of the bottle mail.

(Junior)

As a talent Acquisition Manager:into you are responsible for identifying and recruiting new potential employees:inside through different platforms and channels

You will accompany the entire Candidate Journey – from the requirement profile to the contract signature and optimise it together with your team

You will help shape the first impression of our job offers and play them on suitable channels in a targeted manner

You accompany alternative employer branding formats to position the bottle mail as an attractive employer in various areas (e.g. networking events, trade fairs, hackathons, LAN parties etc.)

As a Sparring Partner:for your specialist areas, you will ensure a professional recruiting process and, through your input with Heart & Creativity, contribute to a successful occupation of open places

You continuously develop our recruiting processes and our applicant management system and bring your ideas into projects around talent acquisition

You have successfully completed your studies with economic or psychological focus or comparable training

Ideally, you bring first professional experiences, also in the form of internships or work students, in the HR environment or in sales with

You have a strong interest in recruiting and with enthusiasm follow innovative developments in HR and recruiting

You convince with your communication strength and have the ability to inspire others

You are a team player, always find practical solutions and live a hand-on mentality
