As an intern or working student (m/w/d), you take a central role in organizing our diverse training courses, from careful preparation to comprehensive refurbishment. You immerse yourself in the operational day-to-day business and enrich our team with your active support in exciting and varied projects. In addition, you will be actively involved in the research and analysis of current personnel development topics in order to derive sound recommendations for action. Insights into the exciting world of leadership development and our potential process round off your task area. As a contact person (m/w/d), you can help our employees from all areas of expertise with advice and action when it comes to all topics of continuing training management.

How do you fit into our team? You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of (economic)psychology, business management with a focus on personnel or a comparable degree course and share our passion for human resources development, with first HR experiences being of advantage. You bring open and empathic communication, a quick understanding and a structured way of working. With your proactive introduction of ideas and concepts, your high sense of responsibility for your tasks and your very good knowledge of German and English, you are a valuable addition to our team. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you and you want to work regularly on site in Ulm with your colleagues (m/w/d).
