actively support our Omnichannel software and Conversational AI platform and contribute to further development Making customer service processes more efficient by automation, reducing costs and increasing service quality Configuring and optimizing workflows to run smoothly and efficiently Testing and quality assurance to ensure stable systems and smooth customer journey analyse errors, prioritize tickets and quickly implement solutions Advising stakeholders and implementing business requirements into technical solutions to participate in exciting projects such as the introduction of a new Conversational AI platform
