Your tasks: HR Strategy & Projects: You are working on strategic HR initiatives, taking your own project packages and bringing structure to work Talent & Leadership Development: You develop and implement tools, formats and concepts for executives and employees Communication & Workshops: You support internal communication, training and workshops Azubi- & Duali-representation: You accompany projects, events and operational topics around our youngsters Processes & Organisation: You optimierst HR processes, coordinate appointments and ensure smooth running in the team

Your profile: You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable course of study You need to complete a practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team in full time for 5–6 months. You have already gained first practical experience in HR You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, MS Teams, Excel in handling AI tools such as copilot or ChatGPT. You have extensive communication skills in Word & Writing (good knowledge of German) You're planning an independent, independent and structured way of working You have a quick understanding and analytical thinking You have attention to detail, a high reliability and trade proactively
