You process damages within the framework of simple correspondence. You mostly deal with accident-prone diagnosis by telephone, perform the first evaluation of accident reports and are used in the 2nd level telephony, You will keep track of deadlines and collect relevant key figures for evaluation. You communicate professionally and standardized with our customers. You coordinate enquiries and forward them to the relevant colleagues.

You have relevant vocational training, preferably in the field. Health care or have appropriate knowledge acquired on the basis of equivalent activities and experience. You have expertise in statutory and aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You bring very good knowledge of the current MS Office programs. You have good oral and written communication skills. Their work is characterised by thoroughness and care. You like to work independently and enjoy working in the team.
