Complete studies of social work/social pedagogy (BA, MA or Diploma) with state recognition or equivalent degree, qualification in psychosocial advice Qualification in Supervision and Coaching desirable Funded theoretical and methodological knowledge and deepened practical experience in psychosocial counseling in individual settings and group settings Funded theoretical and methodological knowledge and deepened practical experience in performing supervisions in individual and group settings Experience in dealing with conflicting situations Expertise on topics from the working world, social legislation and labour law, psychology and social medicine Experience with the working world in a hospital Structured, reliable and independent operation High social and communication skills and an open, honest and solid personality structure
