completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic, car dealer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification as well as professional experience as a service consultant in the car house; Hyundai experience and corresponding Hyundai certification are particularly popular. Very good technical understanding for passenger cars as well as experience in service and vehicle acceptance, workshop orders, cost proposals, inspection and maintenance volumes, warranty and cunning cases and in handling DMS/workshop software. Embossed customer and service orientation, binding communication, organizational skills and final strength as well as driving licence class B and the ability to reliably connect customers and workshop.
