Your job

• Management and responsibility of the production units
• Optimum control of material flows in the responsibility area and implementation of transferable lean management elements
• Control of responsibility after operating costs, including ongoing optimization (KVP thought)
• Monitoring and optimization of production quality
• Personal responsibility and further development
• Control of the stock codes with stock responsibility
• Safety management
• Responsible for compliance with legal framework conditions such as noise protection, working time and environmental conditions
• Sale of Fe and NE scrap incl. price and contract negotiations
• Self-employed customer support and new acquisitions
• Warehouse logistics

Your profile

• A completed professional training or study and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Practical experience found within the recycling industry desirable
• Experience in a leadership position
• Communicative, motivating personality
• Very good analytical skills and strategic vision
• Entrepreneurial thinking with results-oriented work
