Advising the purchase and regional companies on goods, quality and safety of nuts, dried fruits, fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, and flowers and plants Documentation of complaints and rejections and derivation of recommendations for action and coordination of corrective measures Creation of subject-specific evaluations and decision templates Organisation of risk-oriented product investigations and quality controls at the abovementioned product groups Working with the development of training concepts and documents Interdisciplinary project work on quality topics

Complete study of agricultural/ horticultural sciences, food chemistry, food technology or comparable First practical experience in trade, in agriculture, in expert offices/certification bodies, market surveillance or comparable Safe application and interpretation of relevant German and European legal bases and knowledge of relevant certification systems, quality seals and requirements of consumer magazines and NGO Analytical and Structured Operation Communication strength and team orientation Safe handling of relevant application software and good English language skills
