To strengthen our team at the Oberzent site, we are looking for IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) In close cooperation with the CIO, you play a central role in building a powerful, structured IT organization. Your focus is on operational control, structural development and continuous optimization.

Analysis and further development of the team structure within IT (strength-weak analysis, building agile teams, team development) Control and monitoring of ongoing IT projects in close coordination with project managers Organization of the IT team Introduction and further development of methods for measuring utilization, performance and quality (KPI systems, performance reporting) Promoting a structured and efficient operation throughout the IT sector Interface between IT departments, management and other departments

Completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT project management, team management or IT operations Designed analytical and organizational skills Experience in process optimization and the construction of control mechanisms Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability Safe handling of common project management and reporting tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Power BI, etc.) Very good German and good English skills
