• As Senior Consultant (m/w/d) you can contact the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken via telephone with regard to the funding business with private and corporate customers - your focus is on funding programs and services and the general customer benefit of these.
• You will process all funding - from the checklists and customer documents to the transfer of the pledge received to the bank.
• Also take care of pre-financing requests, data management for your consultations and clarify questions with the funding institutions - as well as keep your consultations, initiatives, trainings, events or important changes in the funding conditions by phone.
• We build on you as the first contact point for customer questions regarding the bank systems of the cooperative financial group (e.g. agree 21 and GENO-STAR) - also within the framework of system tests, cross-departmental projects and working groups is always on your leave.
• Your active engagement in (online) training and administrative group tasks completes your task.

This will bring you

• Successful study of economics or training as a bank clerk (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional practice as well as basic knowledge of funding and business management
• Experience in dealing with customers and familiar with the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and/or the competitive environment
• Expertise in the application of MS Office, SAP and the banking systems of the cooperative financial group (e.g. agree21, GENO-STAR, FörderWeltPro)
• The optimal mix of own initiative, customer orientation and implementation strength, coupled with communication skills and team spirit
