You are responsible for the administration of ATOSS and Compleet, working on projects for further development and initial evaluations. You are responsible for the documentation of requirements, their implementation, initial training documents and take on training. You take on the development of the Workforce Management of the HF Group, to ensure the best possible implementation of the planning processes in conjunction with the existing WFM tools and have a sense of process optimization & digitalization. Your tasks include the entire planning process, problem analysis and displaying solutions. You are the key player of the HF group for ATOSS and Compleet.

You have completed your studies in the field of business management, have project experience and have a good understanding of logistics processes. The safe handling of MS Office is just as natural for you as an affinity for new IT programs. Personally, you are characterized by team skills, flexibility, enforcement and your communication talent. You set priorities, can organize yourself and meet decisions in the daily business. Analytical thinking, a quick understanding and a very good understanding of figures are required. You speak German and English fluently. Business trips to our locations are not a problem for you.
