Development and implementation of quality planning for components of cryogenic plants Analysis and assessment of customer specifications and standards such as ASME BPVC or EN 13445 Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documents, e.g. test plans, acceptance regulations Review and approval of supplier documents for compliance with quality requirements Coordination with customers, authorities and certification bodies on quality issues Support for pressure tests, inspections and damage analyses on plant components Processing of damage cases including preparation of repair instructions according to specifications Participation in internal and external audits to further develop the QM system according to ISO 9001 Cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams in the field of container and plant engineering
Complete degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering or comparable discipline (Bachelor/Master) Secure handling of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge advantageous Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ASME BPVC Sec.VIII/1+2, EN 13445/13480) required Detectional experience in quality planning or quality management desirable (e.g. FMEA) Experience in the industrial environment of container or plant construction helpful Knowledge of methods such as risk analysis, root Cause analysis desired Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing required
