Acts:

Representation of a firm group of employees in all personal matters:

• Individual contact person for employees in personal matters.
• Active support and advice from professionals and managers.

Responsible preparation of the punctual salary bill:

• Certain settlement of the payroll for a fixed employee group.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal provisions.

Responsible for reporting and certification:

• Reliable implementation of notifications and certifications.
• Communication with health insurance companies, offices and authorities.

*Association partnerIn for billing questions:**

• Competent answering questions from employees to executives.
• Solution-oriented approach to all accounting issues.

Temporary staff member:

• Coordination and monitoring of work-time-relevant processes.

Cross-departmental cooperation in payroll:

• Cooperation with various departments to ensure smooth wage processing.

Provisions:

• Complete vocational training in the field of human resources or studies in business, psychology, human resources management.
• experience in payroll accounting, wage tax and SV law required
• ability to analyze and interpret personal and technology related documents.
• ability to work under pressure with several deadlines and interest groups.
• Excellent communication skills, performance- and result-oriented, analytical thinking and well-structured approach.
• Control of MS Office tools.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
