ACO is a water-tech company that ensures the protection of water. Based on our global dewatering expertise, which protects people from water, we are increasingly seeing our mission to protect the water from human beings. Our People & Culture department focuses on all personnel topics at the headquarters in Büdelsdorf. We are divided into two core areas – business partners and payroll & services. The main focus of the work student activity/in the internship is the support of the business partners, the focus on recruiting and personal care.

independent support of the applicant management system including the applicant correspondence Implementation of the adjustment process in the seasonal business Support for Business Partners Using and optimizing the candidate control Organisation and implementation of strategic and operational projects, e.g. digitization processes, operational health management or personnel development

Studies in Economics, Law, Psychology or Similar pronounced communication skills, organizational skills and 'hands-on' mentality Flexibility and high level of self-initiative fast conception and fun at work in the team ideally secure MS Office knowledge
