Head of the outpatient therapy and training center: You run our outpatient therapy and training center independently. Further development: You are responsible for the technical development and for the further training concepts of the therapeutic areas. Operational Management: Together with your team, you are responsible for the operating business, in particular the commercial sector and patient management. Voting with medical direction: You coordinate the outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation closely with the medical supervision of rehabilitation and develop it further. Interface and quality management: You are central interface to management, quality management, patient management, controlling, accounting and IT, responsible for quality management, annual certification and re-certification audits and complaint management. Staff use, efficiency and service: You are responsible for the cost-effectiveness and personnel use, coordinate the travel service for rehabilitation workers and are contact persons for the cost-beneficiaries.

You have completed training as a physiotherapist, ergotherapist or sports scientist. You are motivated to take responsibility in a leadership role. You can develop and successfully implement visions with empathy and commitment.
