As part of our collegial team, you will participate in the production and creation of a regular communication format for selected groups of employees. Your tasks include: Working with internal communication means and formats: You contribute to the design and implementation of diverse internal communication formats in order to keep our employees fully informed and integrated. Support of social media positioning: You help to strengthen the presence and positioning of SYNLAB on various social media channels and create relevant content. Organization of internal events: You are involved in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of our most digital internal events and appointments. Creation of communication means and presentations: You support the creation of attractive internal communication tools, presentations and other media formats. Administrative support and text creation: In addition to the creation of texts, you also take over administrative activities such as press clipping and the creation of the press mirror.

As a team player (m/w/d), you can use an independent, reliable and careful procedure. In addition, you are characterized by the following experiences and skills: Studies: You are currently studying the media or communication sciences, business administration or a comparable degree program. Software knowledge: You have very good MS Office knowledge as well as basic experience in the production (recording / cutting) of audio and sound recordings. Organizational talent: A pronounced organizational talent and a pronounced hands-on mentality characterize you. Communication capability: You are team-ready and communicate safely, both in writing and oral, with different stakeholders.
