The Schön Klinik Roseneck, part of the Schön Klinik Group, with the locations Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim as well as a daily clinic in Prien, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with 720 beds. Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are looking for a controller (m/w/d) at Prien am Chiemsee as well as Berchtesgadener Land in full or part-time at the next possible time. Own-responsible industrial hospital controlling in close coordination with the clinic management and the central controlling Preparation of analyses, calculations, hospital statistics and presentations for hospital management Support in economic planning and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Preparation and support of budget negotiations with health insurance companies Working with special evaluations and ad hoc analyses Monitoring the development of costs and revenues as well as the creation of profit center calculations Working with in-patient projects and further development of controlling standards

Completed studies in BWL, VWL, Health Economics, Health Management or Similar Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the field of health, is advantageous, but no requirement Found MS Office knowledge, desirable are knowledge of KIS “Orbis” (Agfa Healthcare) and SAP (IS-H, FI, CO & BI) Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity Responsibility, team spirit and willingness to learn new things
