Recruiting: You support our recruiting team in creating and typing job advertisements as well as in applicant management (coordination of job interviews, participation in the selection and onboarding process) Personnel development: You are involved in the planning and organisation of employee training as well as in the implementation of management development measures HR projects: In addition, you participate in the coordination of exciting projects and the implementation of HR-relevant research activities Administrative activities: Postal processing and the creation of certificates complete your task profile
