Cutting Machine Operator Turning Technology - CNC / Siemens (m/f/d)

You will take over the independent installation, operation and monitoring of our Universal Center CLX 450 TC from DMG for the production of precise metal workpieces. You create and optimize the CNC programs directly on the machine, ideally using the Siemens 840D sl Operate controller. You select the appropriate tools, turn the machine and adjust the cutting parameters for efficient machining. You are responsible for compliance with our quality standards by performing regular tests and measurements as part of the self-control of the plant.

You have experience in CNC turning metals. You have a completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), ideally in turning technology. You bring experience in the operation and programming of CNC lathes, ideally already with the Siemens 840D sl Operate controller - this is not a must. The selection of matching tools and the definition of cutting parameters are your strengths. You work independently as well as quality consciously and are ready to pack in 2-shift operation. For smooth communication in the team, you speak fluent German (at least B2).
