• Disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of about 25 employees (electro, HLS) according to the leadership of Rohde & Schwarz

• Planning, control and documented implementation of maintenance, maintenance and refurbishment measures for buildings, technical installations and areas in compliance with statutory requirements, internal quality standards and budget requirements

• Creating and presenting reports, key figures and action plans for factory management and top management

• building and optimising efficient structures and processes in technical and commercial facility management; active participation of digitalisation and CVP projects

• Strategic expansion of a resilient supplier and service provider network

• Development of an agenda to build a sustainable, stable technical infrastructure through continuous renewal, modernisation and optimization measures at the entire site

• Continuous coordination with construction projects, operators and management (termination, quality and cost management)

• Completed engineering studies (e.g. civil engineering) or comparable technical training with relevant further education

• Extensive experience in contractor representation as well as on contractors / contractor side – ideally in the industrial environment

• Multiannual practice in facility management, industrial construction or technical project management

• Detectional leadership experience; Ability to develop and motivate employees

• Sovereign appearance, stylistic communication with management levels.

• Entrepreneurial thinking, prioritization and talent for structure building in complex environments

• Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge; good English skills
