You are responsible for the management and organisation of the HR development business unit and continue to shape it in line with the corporate and sector strategy. You actively promote the further development and innovation in strategic HR management fields such as digitalization, personnel and executive development as well as talent management and are responsible for their successful implementation. You advise and support the Management Board and the Management Board to achieve the corporate goals in all relevant topics of personnel development. You lead and develop the employees of your business and, through your impulses, promote a culture of self-responsibility, cooperation and further development – both within your team and in the entire company. You actively network and operate interface management between strategic and operational areas and tasks to create synergies and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation. You actively support and design cross-company work structures and bring their expertise into effect.

You have a completed university degree or are AOK business economist with several years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally with leadership or project management experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of personnel and executive development, change management and talent management and ideally have successfully initiated, coordinated and implemented modern personnel development concepts and know current learning formats in change processes. You think strategically, networked and forward-looking with a clear focus on speed, efficiency and customer orientation. You bring high social competence, communication strength as well as negotiation skills and stand up convincingly and safely against internal and external contact persons. You promote self-responsibility, use the individual strengths of your employees and create a working environment in which cooperation and team skills are actively lived. You show commitment, creativity, enforcing and the ability to give clear impetus to complex decision-making situations and create liability. Their attitude is marked by openness, readiness for change and flexibility and focuses on people.
