Apply customizing in the SAP HCM environment, in particular in the SAP PT and PY modules, to implement individual requirements of the departments Consulting internal stakeholders on all topics related to SAP HCM Continuous analysis and optimization of HR processes involving modern technologies to ensure agile and efficient personnel management Ensure the integration of SAP HCM with other HR systems and manage interfaces for a holistic information flow Guide SAP HCM projects from conception to implementation and ensure successful implementation within the specified time and budget framework

Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience as SAP HCM consultant (m/w/d) with demonstrable successes in implementing projects Finded knowledge in customizing SAP HCM, especially in the PT and PY modules Language knowledge in German and English for cooperation with the departments and other IT teams
