Efficient analysis and solution of technical problems and implementation of change requests

Telephone support with practical solutions

Close cooperation with IT experts and user management for continuous process optimization

Comprehensive documentation and tracking of all support cases in the IT system

Targeted prioritization of incoming requests to ensure a smooth IT operation

Your profile Complete training as a technician or specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification

First professional experience in IT support, Helpdesk or Servicedesk as well as experience with IT ticket systems

Knowledge of how Windows operating systems operate and how standard software is used and used (M365)

Impressed customer and service orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey technical topics in a comprehensible manner to third-party persons

Structured, solution-oriented and team-ready operation

Very good German and good English skills
