Technical background: Complete training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. Continuing training on the subject of insurance or economic studies is desirable. Damage expert: Multiannual experience in damage processing, ideally in motor vehicle damage, including safe assessment of complex damages and thorough understanding of processes, regulations and customer requirements. Leadership potential: First leadership experience or detectable potential to take over leadership responsibility, combined with the ability to professionally accompany and develop employees. Conceptual strength & service orientation: Impressive capacity for conceptual work, high customer and service orientation as well as a sovereign handling of demanding communication situations. IT competence: Very good IT skills, especially in MS-Office; ideally experience with relevant damage and inventory systems.
