Whether avocados from Mexico, smartphones from the USA or car parts from China – you can ensure that the cargo arrives safely in the port and is transported further. Practical training: You learn how to use vehicles like forklift trucks and make your fork certificate with us. Exciting cooperation: The training takes place in a partnership with other companies in the port, so you can get to know many new and exciting tasks. Smooth procedures are provided at the quay edge or the corresponding handling area Monitoring of transactions in goods handling Storage and removal of various goods using suitable handling and transport technology Preparation and organisation of transport Fixing and release of ships Storage of goods Reading of freight papers loading and unloading of various means of transport (e.g. ship, truck or rail)

You like to pack up where there's something to do. You have a good real school degree/center maturity. You're at least 18 years old. You have a valid license class B. You are top-fit in German and English. Shiftwork is completely okay for you. You're self-employed and you're good at the team. You have a strong customer orientation and service readiness.

How long does your training take? The dual training lasts 3 years and ends with an internationally recognized completion of the IHK.
