As Head of Electrical Engineering (w/m/d), you are responsible for the following tasks: Organisation of unit with control of personnel Concentration, maintenance and development of the technical competence for the planning and implementation of the electrical and conductive systems in production plants Interdisciplinary cooperation with other organizational units to ensure maximum project success Optimization and further development of the organization unit and the underlying processes Convincing profile Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of energy production facilities and/or network connections leadership experience and strong ability to manage and motivate employees Embossed communication and team skills Negotiating skills and good communication skills Good linguistic and written expressability in German and English About the area The technology division in the Generation Portfolio Development business unit is the competence center of the EnBW for the planning and construction of energy conversion plants. The engineering know-how is bundled in the organization unit of electrical and control technology in order to act as a central contact person and consultant in technical questions on electrical and conductive components and systems. The organization unit provides comprehensive engineering services and performs diverse tasks, including: Building contractor engineering for power plants and plants of production Implementation of project management, engineering services and consulting services Project development, basic analysis, basic studies and concept planning Development and specification of standards, operating regulations and instructions Implementation of technical reviews (Due Diligence) Tracking new technological developments Qualification of junior engineers Contact Interested?
