Specialist Network Codes – Committee Work & Further Development (m/f/d)

You are actively working to ensure the system stability of the German power grid and thus to establish a supporting pillar of the energy transition. You develop and evaluate technical requirements for generation systems, storage solutions and new consumer types such as data centers, e-mobility and hydrogen electrolyzers. You take responsibility for our technical connection conditions (TAB), coordinate their further development and support in detection procedures and technical opinions. You are committed to European and national bodies and are driving the development of network codes decisively. In project teams from different disciplines, you bring your expertise, agree with internal and external partners and take over coordination. You represent the position of our asset management inwards and outwards – also on an international stage.

You have completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, high voltage technology or a comparable subject; ideally also professional experience or a doctorate. You bring experience with electrical power supply networks, specifically in the modelling of electrical equipment and power electronics components, as well as the associated control technology. You have profound knowledge of the dynamic network simulation with PowerFactory and ideally PSCAD and have a good understanding of network connection processes and regulatory requirements. You like to go new ways and have the pleasure of advancing ideas and transferring them to concrete projects. It distinguishes a structured way of working, a high communication capability and analytical thinking capability. You like to work in interdisciplinary and international teams and are able to effectively organize and implement complex tasks that require a high level of coordination. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
