OSS: Support of local end users and local contact persons in all aspects of IT. Application operation: Ensuring availability, stability and performance including daily monitoring and capacity planning. User and Permission Management: Maintenance of accounts, roles and access rights according to Least privileges and compliance requirements. Updates and patches: Planning, testing and execution of releases, hotfixes and configuration changes incl. Rollback strategies. Incident and problem management: first diagnosis, error analysis, escalation as well as cause elimination and prevention measures. Interface management: support for integrations (e.g. APIs, data imports/exports) and coordination with adjacent systems. Security and Compliance: Implementation of security standards, logging, audit support and data protection compliance. Automation and optimization: scripting, job automation and continuous improvement of operating processes. Documentation: Maintenance of Operations Manual, Configuration and Change Logs, Emergency and Restart Plans. Cooperation: Cooperation with PS IT. Stakeholder communication: Clear status updates, release notes, training support and expectation management and cooperation with specialist departments to optimize the use of the application

Completed IT training or comparable qualification Multiannual practice in operation and administration of applications or IT systems. Knowledge found in Windows and/or Linux Basic knowledge of network technologies, databases (e.g. SQL), monitoring tools Trusted with authentication/authorization, logging, backup/recovery and privacy policy Safe in ITIL processes (Incident/Change/problem), version and release management Good knowledge of German in word and writing Highly structured and organised working methods
