Be part of our team! We are looking for you Sales Trainer for Foreign Service Qualification | Focus on Onboarding and Processes (m/w/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the design, preparation, implementation and follow-up of targeted training measures for our LVM agent owners:inside and/or their agency employees. You shape the trainings in modern, digital formats as well as in presence events. You will qualify the participants: in particular in agency processes as well as in the Accident and Supplementary Health Insurance divisions. You can carry out your training flexibly, be it from home office, hotel or on site in one of our LVM agencies nationwide. On 100 training days a year, you will be able to inspire our colleagues for new topics and/or bring them closer together.

You have a completed training as a merchant or to the merchant for insurance and financial investments or through a comparable training, ideally supplemented by a further training to the specialist to the specialist in insurance and finance and/or by a trainer:internal training. In addition, you will bring comprehensive insurance knowledge with the focus on accidents and sick supplements and have ideally already gained experience in the field of external services and/or training. Your conceptual skills, your sales and organizational talent as well as your creativity stand out. In addition, you are convinced by your strong team capacity, are flexible and ready to regularly travel within the entire federal territory. Your residence is in Germany, so you can reach our agencies well.
