Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or completed studies of social work / social education Additional qualifications (e.g. rontopsychiatric specialist) are desirable Ideally first leadership experience Experience in consulting and/or group work Good knowledge of MS Office driving licence class B Organizational talent, communication strength and empathy Efficiency, flexibility and readiness A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
