Plant Controller (m/f/d)

You create financial transparency at two locations and are central to all commercial topics. The consolidated reporting according to IFRS for Frankfurt and Worms is your responsibility – in close cooperation with the local teams. You evaluate measures to increase productivity, carry out investment calculations and are responsible for central controlling topics such as hourly rates, inventory assessment and product costing. With your analyses, you provide sound basis for decision making and make a direct contribution to the achievement of the work. You have completed your studies (Business Administration or Economic Engineering) You have at least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an internationally operating production company In addition to your analytical skills and your numerical understanding, you are a technology-affin and show interest in production processes Flowing German and English skills are your repertoire You are “hands-on”, appreciate flat hierarchies and are happy to work in teams, but You also understand that You are convincing and powerful in situ. Experiences with SAP CO/FI, as well as very good Excel knowledge, moreover, first experiences with Power BI and Power Automate are desirable New tasks and challenges face you openly and handle them confidently thanks to your structured work You are a reliable and trusted partner of the factory management and the local management team.
