You carry out administrative and organizational tasks, care for order in day-to-day business and support the team through careful handling In doing so, you’re questioning processes and developing suggestions to simplify, digitize and make structures more efficient You are actively working on the slimming, standardization and automation of our processes and tune with relevant interfaces You bring your own ideas, do tasks independently and develop your topics proactively You receive professional support and at the same time the room to implement solutions independently and to actively shape the area

A commercial training or a comparable qualification – career starters are explicitly welcome A quick understanding and joy of working into existing processes and understanding their logic Structured and careful working, as well as the ability to keep track of parallel issues Proactive, solution-oriented attitude: You go on tasks independently, ask behind processes and develop optimization options Communication strength and joy in exchange with colleagues Good MS Office knowledge as well as an affinity for personnel development and digital tools
