Specialist for pool operations (m/f/d)

The municipality of Gräfelfing - with around 14,000 inhabitants located in the district of Munich - is currently in the opening phase of a modern swimming pool. This is equipped with six swimming tracks of 25 metres in length and an additional exercise pool. For a smooth and safe operation, we are looking for a/n Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full or part-time

Responsibility for the monitoring and supervision of bathing facilities to ensure the safety and satisfaction of bathing guests, including water and bathing supervision Implementation of rescue and first aid in case of need Water quality control in accordance with applicable standards Monitoring, operation and maintenance of bath equipment Care of the cash register system cleaning, disinfection, maintenance and maintenance of the bath and of technical equipment

Successfully completed training as a specialist for bathing facilities (m/w/d) German lifeguard badge in silver and current first aid (both not older than 2 years) or the willingness to retrieve this quickly Experience in bath technology and care of chlorinated gas plants desirable Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection and modern cleaning methods Joy in handling guests and high service orientation Good team and communication skills as well as a binding occurrence Flexibility, self-initiative, self-employment and sense of responsibility Standing for shiftwork and regular work on weekends and holidays (with balanced work and leisure)
