As an all-rounder, you will get to know all the commercial business areas that we need to organize the drinking water supply. In the secretariat you grab the received mail, distribute it and write letters and emails with MS Word or Outlook. You create lists and presentations, carry out searches, plan meetings and arrange for a smooth everyday office. At the reception you enter our telephone center and coordinate the visitors of the WTV. We can't do anything without our shopping. You learn how to order office materials, screws and other tools, pick up offers and check the receipt of the ordered goods. In the area of finance, check and book the invoices of the goods and services ordered. After training you know what the difference between creditors and debitors is and how WTV's payment transactions work. In human resources, you support us in applicant management, get to know the cooperation with the staff council and start certificates, employment contracts etc. In all areas, you will learn the business communication channels (telephone, email and personal), the general office organization and systems for word processing, formulation and design. We give you small projects such as the design and organization of the first Azubitag, which you design independently alone or in the team.

We require a successful school degree (at least the middle school degree). You bring good basic knowledge in German and mathematics. spelling is easy for you. A lot of self-initiative and a high level of linguistic expressiveness characterize you. You can communicate and find a way for all challenges – whether alone or in the team. Accuracy and sense of responsibility complete your profile.
