As a project manager for IT and digitalization (m/w/d) with the focus on customer processes, you are driving forward the automation and digitization of customer-related processes through innovative technologies such as AI, big data and IoT as well as the application of appropriate methodological approaches. You control cross-disciplinary IT projects (in particular for the introduction of a CRM system), take over management and cooperation in cross-departmental projects and control external service providers in this context You take over the management and coordination of IT management processes and drive ahead the automation and digitization of existing and future customer-related processes You advise and support the systemic mapping of main processes in sales-relevant systems as well as their interfaces and develop digital applications You act as a link between IT and specialist, are responsible for compliance with GDPR and governance requirements and the quality assurance of new IT solutions You validate and recommend technical and methodological possibilities such as big data, AI and robotics and implement innovative process automation

Complete master's degree in the relevant field or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in project management for the introduction and further development of CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics Safe application of project management and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.) Knowledge of distributive and energy-economic processes Affinity for innovative technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Big Data and AI Experience in change management and solution orientation and flexibility Very good communication and conflict skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
