As a central contact person, you make sure that our customers are completely satisfied and advise them on their concerns – whether by email, phone or chat With your understanding of service and your customer orientation, you will delight our customers: You are not afraid of problems and complaints, but consider them as a challenge and opportunity to satisfy our client: inside You’re questioning existing processes, identifying optimization potentials and contributing to continuously improving our service

A completed study or vocational training with a commercial focus (e.g. in the field of dialogue marketing or office management) A professional appearance, good communication skills and a strong service and customer orientation characterize you Ideally, you have already gained first experience in dealing with customers: you have fun to adjust yourself to a variety of customers and communication channels You like to pack up, question the status quo and drive improvements forward – always working reliably and independently Safe handling of MS-Office as well as reliable German language skills (C2) in word and writing
