Production Manager Liquid Plastics Production (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplined management of production, maintenance and storage Ensuring the qualification and further development of all employees through appropriate training Monitoring the proper implementation after production instructions and compliance with occupational safety Maintenance and updating of machine-related basic documentation Ensuring a smooth, efficient and timely production process Production instructions and operating instructions Coordination of measures in production disorders Determination of Improvement Options (KVP), Implementation of Lean Management Methods and Monitoring of Defined KPIs Raw materials and production planning in the ERP system Close cooperation and regular coordination with purchasing, sales and quality assurance to ensure optimal processes

Complete technical or chemical vocational training, ideally in a chemical company, as well as a corresponding technical training Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company Knowledge gained in controlling production processes, including shopfloor management and interface coordination Impressed sense of responsibility for quality and safety Safe handling of MS‐Office applications and ideally experience with an ERP system Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing High level of operational readiness, enforcement capacity and implementation strength Embossed organisational strength and an independent, structured and analytical method
