Westfalen-Lippe | Full time, part time | Period | to 01.11.2026 The LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen (LWL-PV) with its more than 130 facilities is a large and strong foundation for the psychiatric care of the population in Westphalia-Lippe.

Our 18-month trainee program provides you with the ideal basis to prepare for demanding specialist or leadership tasks in the fields of financial and human resources, purchasing, construction and technology as well as other interface areas within our psychiatric facilities.

Strategic projects: You take on (partial) responsibility in projects, drive themes and bring your theoretical knowledge. Operational daily business: You will get a comprehensive insight into the operations and work on challenging tasks. Insights into other locations: Thanks to your six-month changing stations in Westfalen-Lippe, you will get intensive insights into different (service management) areas

Qualification: Completed studies (Bachelor, FH) in the field of business management, health economics, law or a comparable subject Occupational experience: Through internships or working students, you could already gain first professional experience in one area of your choice. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing IT knowledge: Routinized handling with all Office applications Personal competence: High motivation to develop both professionally and personally, communication strength and team spirit to quickly integrate into new teams, ability to work independently and independently Ready to move: You will get to know different facilities in Westfalen-Lippe within the trainee program 3
