As Guest Services Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager (m/w/d), you are the link between our internal employees in the Rooms Department, as well as external service providers in housekeeping. Your task is as diverse as you and is distributed to the entire house. Your tasks include: Identification, coordination, preparation, implementation and control of the cleaning work to be carried out by the hotel, as they go beyond the list of services of housekeeping Ensure that the Rooms Brand standards are known and adhered to

Head of the entire laundry department (team of 4 persons) Ensure the availability of all rental laundry items and organization of the inventory with the foreign company

Offer research for new projects in consultation with the supervisor Checks for standard and quality assurance Daily Quality Checks including the Public Area areas, Grand Club and Spa on cleanliness and possible deficiencies Orders for HSK, Rooms, Administrative Order and Employee Hygiene Project implementation for new acquisitions in the rooms, distribution, maintenance and care Responsibility for the time recording system for laundry, floristry and azubis at HSK Responsible for effective personnel deployment planning (service plans, holiday planning)

You have a completed training in the domestic industry, or already experience in the hotel industry and brings knowledge from comparable areas with Your warm and authentic personality not only convinces guests, but also colleagues You have a safe and representative appearance and are both contactful and communicative You place value on a well-kept appearance and good ways of handling You have a trained eye for details and also look at things that others do not notice You love the hotel industry and are the host and service provider of passion You are service-oriented and always have an open ear for our guests You are technically versed and have a quick understanding You are a team player and like to work with people from all over the world You have good language skills in German and English
