Your tasks:

These challenges you take over your area of responsibility Strategic analysis and design of processes as well as carrying out complex data analyses (including using database queries and code reviews) for deriving business-relevant rules Control of the entire agile development cycle - from request intake to iterative implementation to successful acceptance Enge cooperation with the Product Owner for continuous optimization and prioritization of the Product Backlog Souverine coordination with stakeholders as well as translation of technical requirements in clearly defined epics and user stories Planning, coordination and quality assurance of the Deliverables in cross-functional teams Using modern agile methods and tools (e.g. SCRUM, JIRA) for efficient project management and transparent communication *Moderation and management of workshops including structured documentation and consistent follow-up of results

Your qualifications:

This will bring you Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, technical BWL or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience as a business analyst or in requirements engineering with practical application of agile methods and tools Start analytical skills and a strong focus on solution-oriented work High self-responsibility, excellent communication and team competence and secure stakeholder management Funded knowledge in business process modeling and handling modern IT systems Safe in the use of query and analysis tools (e.g. SQL) as well as in reading and interpreting development code Open for new technologies - additional IT skills are a welcome plus Very good German skills complete the profile
