Your duties Social pedagogical support of participants with migration background and increased support needs Support in stabilising the personal situation of life and developing action skills Conducting individual talks and social education coaching Participation in suitability analysis and individual funding planning Promoting social skills, motivation and everyday structure Support for orientation in the German training and labour market system Cooperation with Jobcoaches, teachers and other professionals in the team Integration of support services (e.g. counselling, language support services, networks) Documentation of development processes and reporting Contact person*in for demand providers (Jobcenter) in social pedagogical questions

Your qualification Complete study of social education, social work, medical education, rehabilitation or special education (diploma, Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification with relevant additional qualification At least one-year experience in working with the target group (especially people with migration background and support needs) Knowledge of social pedagogical methods, discussion and individual case aid Intercultural competence and sensitivity for different situations of life and cultural backgrounds Empathy, communication strength and conflictability Structured and independent operation Safe handling of digital media and documentation systems Foreign language knowledge (e.g. Arabic, Ukrainian or Russian) of advantage, but no 'must'
